From Individual Changes To Complete Bathroom Refurbishments
Ford Plumbing & Heating undertakes complete bathroom installations and refurbishments across Witney and West Oxfordshire.
A full bathroom project can involve much more than replacing the visible fittings. Pipework may need altering, radiators can need moving, showers may require different plumbing and the layout itself may need to change to make better use of the room. Ford can take care of the plumbing and installation work involved, from straightforward upgrades through to complete bathroom and shower-room projects.
At the start, it helps to understand how you use the room, what you would like to change and whether there are any existing problems. From there we can discuss the practical options and prepare a quotation for the work.

Planning the room
Start With How You Want The Bathroom To Work
A good bathroom layout needs to work day to day, not just look right in a photograph. That may mean improving access to the shower, changing the position of a basin, replacing a bath, adding storage or making the room easier to use.
Existing pipework and drainage affect what is practical, so it is useful to involve the installer before final decisions are made. Ford can look at the room, discuss the changes you are considering and advise on the plumbing implications before the project is quoted.
- Full bathrooms and shower rooms
- Walk-in showers and wet-room projects
- Changes to sanitary ware and layout
- Radiators and underfloor heating where appropriate

Bathroom questions
Before You Request A Quote
Do you undertake complete bathroom refurbishments?
Yes. Ford Plumbing & Heating undertakes complete bathroom and shower-room projects as well as individual plumbing changes.
Can you change the bathroom layout?
Often, yes. Moving fittings can require changes to water supplies, wastes and sometimes heating pipework. The existing room needs to be assessed before confirming what is practical.
Can you install a walk-in shower?
Yes. Walk-in showers and wet-room style projects are part of the bathroom work undertaken.
Should I choose all the fittings before contacting you?
Not necessarily. It can be useful to discuss the room and the proposed layout before committing to fittings, particularly where dimensions or pipework may affect the options.
Can I send photos with my enquiry?
Yes. The bathroom quote form allows photographs and they can be very useful for an initial understanding of the room.
